Man! Whenever I'm curious about a pedal . . . I always hope that there's a Ryan Lutton video on RUclips! So I can see the best version of the pedal in action!!! Thank you !!!
Hey mate!. I am currently updating my gear and stumbled upon your videos when researching about a couple of pedals; long story short, because of you I bought the Flamma - FC02 Reverb and the Flamma - FC06 Distortion. Great videos brother, greetings from Costa Rica!.
I was looking for an affordable reverb, because the reverb in my Fender Blues deLuxe fails every now and then and I wanted a few more options. I dont use reverb that ofen, but if I want to it needs to work...😀 Googled, found some some clips and your video was the final reason to order this pedal yesterday!
If you get a chance, check out the reverb on the Yamaha THR10X amp. Small little green lunchbox type amp. It’s a metal amp but for some reason randomly the hall reverb on that is one of the best I’ve heard. It has a mode where you can make it sound “wide” in your headphones. None of my reverb pedals sound like it and also it stacks well with other reverbs. Worth a look 👍 Nice video again!
In your head Alix....Practice and developing your own style, Ryan has his own and hard to copy anyone's method 100%, that's what makes his Videos great.
I agree with John! It's a lot of practice and developing what sounds good to me :) I'll happily share two things that helped me though! learning simple scales (especially how chords fit into those scales) also moving one interval inside of a chord to guide you to the next chord. Basically trying to create a chord progression that feels more like a melody :) hope this helps!
@@RyanLutton Nice advice, as someone who is learning myself and predominantly use my fingers for picking and strumming, I personally found transitions from Chord to Chord are commonly/generally boring and too abrupt for myself, so sometimes use half chords inbetween changes or a mix of both chords I am trying to get and from but I don't learn from books etc....Just messing with finger positions and sound. Everyone is different, that's what is beautiful about creating Music. :) (Sometimes for me it's not the melody or chords but just the Rythym that drives me.)
I want to play more lo-fri jazzy sound… do you recommend this pedal? What pedals would help me achieve this? My amp has reverb but its ghetto and sucks lol
could be! does your amp have reverb built in? if it does maybe buy something else, most people buy an overdrive first but its all depends on what you enjoy playing :) I couldn't survive without a nice reverb pedal haha!
Dude yes, I haven't even seen or thought of that on an electric before. Using the volume knob like that makes it sound like a synth modulating the attack, so useful
Mine makes an annoying noise artifact, regardless of settings. I like the effect, but the noise is unacceptable. Anyone else have this problem? Mine's going back, but I try for an exchange, in case its just defect with my particular pedal.
@@RyanLutton Right? Which is why I appreciate your demo. I just sent it in for an exchange and I have a little more confidence that maybe mine was just a dud. If it's a one-off defect, I think this a pretty decent device for the money. I really value your demos, BTW -- better than the average.
I did encountered similar issue with mine. I investigated and it seems to be a different size in the power jack construction. I had two different problems: - when turned the power source on, the pedal would not work until I disconnected and reconnected the power cable in the jack - when disengaging the effect there was a huge noise remaining, apparently related to the power connection as well
@@thalesterciotte8905 I have the same issue with disconnecting and reconnecting the power cable for it to work, besides that I've never had any trouble
I bought this Flamma Reverb FC02 and what a regret. I only used it 3 times. I'm not a professional musician. I only play at home. The day I turned it on the sound was beautiful. 3 months later I went to use it and started hearing noise. I changed the cable, tested 3 different sources and nothing. The problem was the pedal. I contacted Flamma, as they informed that the pedal has a 1 year warranty, but I was ignored, the only thing I did was send a 3 dollar coupon. With Flamma it was just disappointment. After-sales is horrible. Don't buy Flamma.

Thank you for the review, I just purchased the flamma blue reverb for me god forsaken orange crush 20
Hey, i have the same amp. What do you do think of the reverb?
Thanks I just got mine today from amazon ,you sold it for me, now if only I could make it sound like that.
Nice! Glad you bought one it's a good reverb :) I'm sure you can make it sound like this!

really in doubt between this and the cuvave dig reverb
Really useful video 👍
where do i go to learn to play chord progression like you do?

Very nice!
hello everyone, what do you guys think? Flamma - FC02 Reverb or Biyang tri reverb rv-10?
Are my ears tricking me or does the Church mode have a little mod in it?
I think so :) The Church mode in their bigger FS02 Reverb has a very subtle shimmer on it, wouldn't be surprised if they went for a similar thing here
I just bought a fender squier bullet strat hss, would this be a good beginner pedal?

@@RyanLutton I just have a fender frontman 10g, for such a small amp would this pedal work?
Yeah definitely :) you'll need to get a power adaptor for the pedal also, I don't think they ship with a power cable
Which one of the 3 is the closest to a spring reverb?
Plate
At 2:00 is the best

Dude demo the new GfI pedals, the Orca , and the Skylar. They are awesome!
Zoom 70CDR first please ;)
Oh no. I heard a popping noice. Tsk2x

ah man sorry to hear that, i haven't had an issue with noise on this pedal. have you managed to sort out a replacement?

Does it shimmer? Like the flamma reverb
Nope. El shimmer es un efecto independiente amigo
cant like the video it has 420 likes wont ruin it!
