Starting with a pretty low nose bridge.
Day 1: I listened for an hour and a booster before and after. I could feel little tingles and the skin on, and surrounding my nose feels pretty itchy, don't know if that means something, but just going to put that in there.
Day 2: Nose bridge got a tiny bit higher, but not sure if my eyes are just playing me. Listening for a few times with a booster and the desired nose bridge sub.
Day 3: Not sure but my nose does look a bit higher. Listened for about 3 times today cause I'm feeling lazy.
Day 5: I didn’t listen today and yesterday because I was busy.

Y'know this is a powerful one. Like really, I was meditating with his sound while visualize I have high nose bridge, my desired nose, and it was just like there's rain pouring me, filled me inside. It felt tingles and weird, its not hurts or something like that. But it was a "thing" I can feel it but I can't explain what is that exactly. And when the music stopped the tingles is gone, there's no rain pouring me again but when the music started again it started again.

Hey yall
Its been 2 weeks I’ve been listening to it every night before i go to bed. I wanted to hear for about a month and then update.
Week 1🌵: i have an asian nose and the bridge is not so low but i wanted it to be more defined. The bridge wasn’t noticeable but it definitely did have a bit more shape than before which I enhanced with a lil contour. The tad bit of contour stick i used in the inner corners between my brows and nose made the bridge look like its up super high.
Week 2🐚: my bridge is quite noticeable. It’s not super high like the bridge I intend to have like the “straight edge nose” (like the dutchess of cambridge) but, as compared to the natural shape of my nose theres now two faint straight lines visible from my brows down till the tip of my nose. I still use the contour stick to enhance it.
Ps. It’s not very noticeable on the daily, so I didn’t update but it does help to take before and after pictures cos that made me see the difference. Also a lil makeup here n there to shade the regions does help make u feel like the process is speeding up.
(I had like my daily amount of water 8-9 glasses) and i have a messed up sleep schedule but manage to get atleast 6 hours of sleep everyday. I also listen to about 3 more subliminals so idk if that is the reason of my slow changes or sum else.

A flat nose runs in my fam, with little or no nose bridge. Mine was almost flat but theres about a centimetre of height from bottom till the bridge top now and I’m quite okay with that. Its what I imagined and wanted. Earlier i was bout to get dermafiller to get it this height but now i think imma skip getting it
