Okay, I'm so sick and tired of seeing my nose looking so flat on pictures so I will try this starting today. My plan was to update this everyday but I underestimated my schedule and work to do, so I will try to update this weekly or whenever I can! :)
- day 1 : on my first listen, there were some tingles on my nose bridge. i listened to this starting from last night, then an hour when I woke up and then lastly this afternoon for 2 hours. no visible results yet
- day 9(?) : So I got sick and was busy with school, that's why I wasn't able to update this. But it's been 9 days (not sure) and I kept listening to this every night. i actually stopped doing this out of fear that the bump on my nose would get bigger, i started a different one that thins nose and removes bump though

UPDATE2 (8/16/19): sooo I checked and I’m like 99% sure that my nose bridge got a teensy bit higher and my nostrils got alittle bit slimmer.. *99%*

Day 1: I just listened to it while massaging my nose. I don't really know if this is gonna work or not.. I have like a non-existent nose bridge lol so I really hope this works..
Day 2: massaged my nose while listening, no difference it's still wide and flat
Day 3: no difference, my nose stresses me out so much it's one of my biggest insecurities...bc it's right on the center of our faces and if you don't like it, it's gonna make you conscious bc it's flat out on the center.. I really hope this works !! 😩

Update: It CHANGES, my nose bridge is so visible it gets higher and slimmer. I listen to it before I sleep and in the morning and afternoon if I have time.

starting to see results after about five months, it works.
July 3 to 5 i listened to it like 2 to 5 times and added booster and I stopped but meanwhile I really did noticed my nose bridge did grew higher and now I came back I really felt the pressure and i’m going to listen to it for 3months duration and wil be keeping an update. ^^

Day1: nothing
