That is excellent job! Love it! I spot some bubbles on gypsum- do they really make difference in final product or filler is able to cover it? Also, where do you buy silicone- I see you are using it a lot, so probably you have some places to buy it cheap and in good quality.
Thank you very much! I did not quite understand your question about the bubbles, please could you specify at what minute. I buy silicone in my city in a local store.
You make great Videos. Thx for that. But I have one question. Hopefully you have a tip for me. I made a mold from a star with letters involved. When I fill it with gypsum it does not get into all places so that for example the fine letters are not all completely filled. Even when I shake the mold before. It became better but not perfect. Do you have any suggestions? perhaps the letters are to deep
Fill the mold about 10% full then use a small paint brush to paint it into all the fine areas. You are really trying to just get liquid everywhere so that way there is no surface tension later when you pour the rest in. For really difficult stuff I do multiple stages of filling a bit then brushing around and filling more then brushing more.
Thank you very much! If you have very small details on your mold, try making the plaster solution more liquid. It will be more fluid and will flow into the small details. Also, be sure to wet your mold with soapy water. Soapy water removes the surface tension when casting plaster and thus the plaster flows better and does not leave bubbles.
Ho i have heard there is a kind of silicon which flips easily to we dont have to cut the mold or make a 2 part mold iss this true can you tell about that and also make vidion on it
Yes, there is one. It is silicone with a hardness of 10 units on Shore, when it hardens it is very soft, it can be stretched and easily turned inside out

La volta che il gatto non berrà dall'acqua per il gesso tutto fallirà 😂
Sì, hai ragione! 😊
what is the reusable plastic that you used to make a mold? Is there a source to buy quantities you showed in the video?
