I found out about Stanley Jordan at almost the same time as I found SRV, and as much as I love him, Jordan makes Stevie look like he's playing a hammer ( and boy can he play that hammer ). Saw Stanley play this live at the University of Florida Auditorium sometime around 1990. It blew my mind. Concert was free too.

I remember he blew the whole country away when he was on The Johnny Carson Show in 1985. I went out and got his album the next day.
