Camilla was always Charles first love but because of the RF he was not allowed to marry her. I do believe he loved Diana but nothing compares to your first love. I in no way blame Charles or Diana for the break down in their marriage nor was Camilla. It was old outdated RF rules that couldn’t see love was the most important factor.
