I had it for 5 months untill ive done some massage and realized how effective is it . Then i realized the problem all along was my neck muscles and ive dont some HOME exercices for that and the pain is gone . I had to go live somewhere else and i had my pc with me but there wasnt any desk so i had to be all the time in an very bad posture to acces it and after 2 months of that i have now difficult breathing because of that , i fell that i dont get enought air so i want to deep breath but i cant . You must exahale all the air out of your lungs. I felt like that at first too. If you breathe through chezt, you won't exhale all the air, so you must try to do it becuse then you can breathe in more "new" air.

    • @justinschouten6474
      @justinschouten6474 4 года назад +2

      N M Yeah right, because when you exhale through your belly, your diaphragm lifts up again and presses more air out of your lungs.

      When you’re used to breathing through your chest, belly breathing is likely to give you a stuffy feeling at first, but actually, if you practice belly breathing more and you’re able to fully breathe with your belly at one point, you’ll feel that you get a lot more air than by chest breathing. Happy breathing!😉

      Breathing should be easy. Learn the basic technique, can be difficult as the way we breathe is locked into our habit. It took me 10 weeks to relax enough to breathe out properly. The benefits of nose breathing using the diaphragm are miraculous. (Add cold showers and you will have a completely new you). Lockdown gave me the time to improve my health

      asia g try taking deeper breaths while doing diaphragm breathing. One breathing exercise I recommend is to lay down and put a book on your belly button. Once you start breathing, make sure the book rises and falls by expanding your belly while you inhale, and shrinking it while you exhale. Other than that you should probably just do breathing exercises daily. I hope this helps!

    It’s so hard to breathe like this. I fell like my lungs aren’t fully filled in each breathe.
    Also, does not sitting straight affect breathing capacity? Like, does the lung bends from not sitting straight and cause breathing capacity to decrease?
    Also, does laying front-down for a long time affect breathing capacity? Like, does it push the ribs in and decrease space for lungs?
    Also, is it possible that it’s because the air in the room is not enough? I’m in a medium room with no passage of air, only air conditioner, and I keep it off almost all the time. And the outside of my room is another no passage of air. (Only very small gaps from doors and bathrooms.)
    Also is it possible that it’s because I alway wear mask when going outside? Like, never take it off when outside. Does that cause my breathing to change?
    Will it get better if I keep doing the correct way?
    I can’t breathe fully. It feels like I only get 1/4 of what I want each breathe.
    If you see this, please provide me some suggestions, that would be great, thank you!

      Close of your mouth; inhale and exhale form only through your nose; while your breathe make sure you cannot hear the sound of your breath and slowly reach your diaphragm; try not to strain or go above your breathing capacity.

    Just been reading that the most healthy and efficient way to breath is 5.5 breaths a minute. Fast deep breathing is possibly inefficient.

    No, belly does not poke out. Ribs expand back and sides. Belly pulls in slightly.

      Mine sure does.. Maybe your doing it wrong? Every other video says your belly should poke out, although this won't be too obvious if your quite slim.

    I’m trying this, for weeks i’ve Been tensing and sucking in My abs and now i feel like theres stress trapped in the belly so i’ll try any excersise. Feel free to help If youve been trough something relatable

    • @jon...5324
      @jon...5324 4 года назад +1

      You're not supposed to tense your abs like you're showing off your 6 pack, you're pushing air upwards through your lungs with the diaphragm. Look up an image of where the diaphragm is in the body so you can see how it moves, and work on pulling in and pushing out the belly as naturally and low effort as possible, staying relaxed.

    I have always struggled with breathing, I have a deviated septum, inhaling through my nose is very difficult and I can hardly do it without opening my mouth and gasping for air, exhaling is easier but even then I feel obstruction in my nostrils during that, and breathing through mouth is also not that helpful because I struggle with it as well. Idk what to do :(

    I feel like my (weak) abs are stretching so much and will tear when breathing like this. Should my abs be contracting? Or do they stretch and tighten as my gut sticks out giving a firm stomach? Or am I too anxious to even do this right? My anxiety is 📈📈📈. 🥴
