Those only give ATK/M.ATK and there are lots of sources of those, especially if you draw from the gacha the 1% ATK/M.ATK every month. If your char already has high ATK%/MATK% then it gets diluted in the damage computation.
I used 1600 BCC to re-roll the stats during the beta for 2.0... it's not a good rng... it did not even pass 9/15... don't bother with rerolls imho... unless you have cash to spare...
I'm looking into finally doing an extraction... and after months of refining a slash, i figured not having enough light extraction crystals may happen- I was willing to deal with that. But come to find out I'm not guaranteed the benefit of that refinement AND I'm subject to purchasing BCC in order receive the full benefit, of which I only have 1 in 200 chance (+15)?! This is such a blatant and disrespectful grift and a huge middle finger to free-to-play players. WTF.

About the m.pen/pen item, ingame it say “every +15 refining increases m.pen/pen by +5%” is this a typo of the game?
Let's say you want to remove an equipment already in the slot, would the light crystals be reimbursed back or would it disappear with the equipment?

It really depends on your budget but +15 slash would provide higher stats

Why is Pen the best option? Isn't 1% Pen < 1% Dmg? Wouldn't a +15 Claw/Oath Book be stronger than Combustible Knife?
