The most op class in the game
I main NoGu as well and at this point I can clearly say the devs doesn't care much about balancing some class. Also PVP in this game is a joke (It's all about $$$) even a kid with adequate knowledge with godly items can floor you in pvp. Sadly F2P players can't also enjoy the pve content to themselves as well since high level mvp hunts mostly goes to P2W characters.

for the Back. There's a gacha item that gives wind damage 8% which also gives significant damage to NoGu's.
