- A moment of inspiration gave me the idea for a unique dish... I was so curious when I heard that "Pizza 4ps" was making a unique "fusion" style pizza. I had to check it out. They were nice enough to show me the most current Viet Pizza and even let me try making my own and playing around with the amazing pizza oven. This flavor combo definitely has potential and I look forward to working with the oven again.

Your channel is by far the most underrated channel covering Vietnamese food culture I've ever seen. All the way from video production to creativity in topics as well as variety in types of videos far exceed other channels who mostly do reaction/tourist-typed videos. One point that might improve the reach for your channel is the addition of a Vietnamese caption. This will probably widen the demographic to those Vietnamese who like watching reaction/tourist-typed videos. But then again, maybe the missing of Vietnamese caption was your intention all along in order to keep a more international viewer base. This was a great video, keep it up Chad!
I love watching your videos but as a Vietnamese viewer I wish to see you speak more Vietnamese because it seems to be more fun to watch for me.

When people are trying to make something different, they try too hard to do it in a closed box. Pho noodles are a good idea to add to pizza but I think theres a bettter way to carry that flavor on a pizza. The base of a good pho is good meat broth and spices. The broth can be reduced down into something very rich and concentrated (or using substitutes) for a sauce you drizzle on top of the pizza. The spices can be incorporated in the sauce reduction. You can always add salt at the end.

I think we need to make a very concentrated beef flavored "Pho" soup base (something like Quoc Viet Brand Cot Pho Bo) as the sauce for our Pho Pizza. Ribeye steak slices will be great and maybe some homemade Pho flavored sausages. We could serve the pizza with a small bowl of beef "Pho" broth as well. Add some grated morazella cheese on the top of the Pizza, besides cilantro, red onions, green onions, ngo gai -sawthooth herb, and Thai basil. (I would skip the ngo om). 😊 Chimichurri sauce with cilantro, sawthooth herb, garlic. Olive oill, etc is another drizzling option. 😊 Pho herbs pesto sauce or eggs would be good as well on the pizza.😊
Ughh... Soup base... BLASPHEMY! Such blasphemy is getting more widespread, even in Vietnam! Make your own broth! I know that I'm a hypocrite for making pasta with sauce in a jar, but please, make your own pho broth! Pasta sauce in a jar is pretty OK, but is not as good as pasta sauce made from scratch. For pho broth, the soup base is yucky.

I hate when some ppl use the word " Phở" in their dish but then there is not Phở noodles. It doesn't matter what and how your make it, if you say it's Phở it have to has right noodles and thank you for did it right
Chad...May I suggest you reduce your pho broth (broth must be highly flavored with all herbs) to a paste. Spread this paste as you would tomato paste on the dough, follow by a layer of thinly sliced white onion, then a layer of pho tai (raw beef) and cook in oven. Garnish pizza with few bean sprouts, hand teared thai basil, lastly top with hoisin sauce and sarraicha. Bon Appétit!
when I was a kid I used to always dip my pizza into my pho whenever my dad made it lol. I miss his pho but he never makes it anymore 😂

I do like the idea. I love Red Lobster lobster pizza, especially the thin crust and the crunchiness. How about seafood + pizza with phở FLAVOR. We have to think outside the box. It's very different eating pizza (pizza is fun food) and eating phở. You don't have to throw everything that you have in the bowl of phở on to the pizza. And yes I do want my 3%🥰

You should try going to "food streets" in HCMC at night, they are super popular and sell many kinds of food. Some names on the top of my head are Hồ Thị Kỷ and Nguyễn Thượng Hiền

I would love to see pizza lobster, pizza oysters, and pizza sea snells (semi firm only). I think these would be awsome. But a pizza without cheese is not a pizza because that is the core ingredient in a great pizza.
