The stare down is always a good one. Any Clint Eastwood movie has several intimidation check scenes and he rarely raised his voice.

I like how Pathfinder 2e points it out with the silent intimidation with your intimidating glare, but I like how you've pointed out other forms of excellent intimidation. Great points!

Look at pathfinder 2nd edition for how intimidation can be utilized in a myriad of ways.
Arcane had a great intimidation check moment, in which a character pulls a knife, and Vi walks over to them and just asks "do you want to see how this plays out?"

For things like this I love Vampire the masquerade. I always ask my players when they start asking specific questions "What do you want to achieve?" As examples for Intimidations, because it is the topic of the video, I allowed:
A brujah bending a lamp post showing his strength with strength+brawl+potence
A nosferatu just by dropping obfuscate (suddenly becoming visible) in front of somebody saying "Boo"
A gangrel by using his fortitude (unnatural stamina) by letting himself get hit with a full magazine from aa UZI, brushing over his chest and only commenting it with "Are you done? Can we now start talking?"
A Toreador with Manipulation and Seduction "So, you think I am attractive? Don't you think your mother would be very unpleased with your father if he would think so too?"
A Ventrue with Intelligence+Finance "Interesting, that you work for that company. I thought about buying it - just so that I can watch it crumble to nothing."
A Banu Haqim with Composure+Firearms with shooting a cigarette out of somebodys mouth.
Endless possibilities for those who encourage their players creativity. (=

Years ago we started a Campaign. My char was not intimidating looking but rather soft.
the party killed all bandits, but I had managed to knock out one of the bandits. the boss fled and managed to escape.
trying to get info on were the boss went we argued who and how we would get the last bandit to talk. I got the task and everyone thought I would fail, I had low intimidation, but high deception, so I had to think differently.
I asked everyone to put on a mean face, as I woke up the tied to a chair bandit.
Spoke softly and like I was discussing the weather, with a light seamingly smile.
"Look you put yourself in this situation and I can only say if you answer us honestly I will award you death. Now Death seem to be a strange reward, what could possibly be the punishment then?"
"Living in set circumstances could be a worse fate than death, and I am able to grant such a life to you."
Told him how he would live and I was able to scare him into believing me and he told us and we killed him quick, got to the boss and won.
    Love my party members response.
"Have you ever done that to someone?"
"Do you truly Want to know the answer?"
everyone seem frightened by me at this point and just shake their head no.
I mangaed to get a deception check insted of intimidation, making everyone believe I was a master in torture. Only the DM knew.

If I were DMing a game and someone wanted to roll Intimidation by no-selling an attack made against them, that would be a perfect opportunity to call for a Constitution based Intimidation roll instead of a Charisma based one, which is a mechanic outlined in the DMG, I believe.

My favourite is the witches in Terry Pratchett. They go where they wish because they're Witches. And Witches will just elbow their way in wherever they want. It's a great form of intimidation by not caring about what others think.

Elan, is a great race for taking hits. They can take hits and negate the damage by using power points.

My best intimidation was when we were sneaking into a slave pen to free the slaves.
The paladin obviously blew the stealth and one of the guards spotted us.
My bard said to him: "There's three of us and one of you; even if you scream, you're gonna die. Survive today, you haven't seen anything."
    The guard went home.

Intimidation is one of the least used skills in Pathfinder. I get the feeling that GMs don't like PCs to intimidate their NPCs, because that's the reaction I get after playing 100s of games with strangers. In addition, most PFS scenarios do not even list intimidation as an option. Wherever Diplomacy and Deception exist, Intimidation should be an option as well, with lower or higher DCs.

I allow my barbarian player to make Strength based Intimidation checks in combat,
To flex on the enemy so hard the enemy will stop what they were doing to stab the barbarian 10 times.
