What i love of WW is when you use your waveplates your daily request are mostly done and just need something like "cooking" and its done.
I agree, that's what i love about this game is that it's very casual friendly. respects your time. You can immediately clear your waveplates/resin fast to do other stuff.

After three day of playing Wuwa I returned to Genshin and spent all the primogems I had collected over 3 years of playing on the Clorinde banner. Yeah this is my first C6 character and my last character in Genshin. Goodbye Genshin, I will never forget the first years where I really enjoyed it until I got really bored recently.
It sounds so... sad, i don't know why :(

same, i still love the game and the world but i just can't play it. wuwa just opened my eyes how suffering to move around in genshin, combat is kinda okay but the mobility kit in genshin is horrible and you need to pull characters like yelan or wanderer to improve the exploration is greedy causing people to pay to accually enjoy the game

Genshin became very boring now, the devs don't listen anything from the players. No improvements. Wuwa's future seems more promising with their devs, will wait till 5.0 before uninstalling genshin if they don't get better.

1. Music created the world.
2. Music carries memories.
3. Evil memories too.
4. You are music too.
5. So you fight all musical bad guys.
In between all the yappalisiousness, there will small window of times which explain very very must hear must not ignore must understand lore, if you want to make believe that this is totally not Genshin.

I am UL 42, playing casually, and i enjoy every bit of the game honestly. After work or break time, i can just do commissions, limited-time events or double drops that just so fast to clear, you can just easily get rewards.
And when i have time to spare, i can farm for echos or just enjoy the Animal planet where i watch how the monsters fight each other or explore the underground caves or check the caves behind waterfalls, parkour on places and just really enjoys the game that respects your time and provides easy to hard mode endgames. really enjoying it honestly.

Lol there was an ape turf before they removed it around the center of Banyan Tree close to the boss door. It was 6 Elite apes fighting each other lmao.
There are also 8 apes fighting under the caves.
This game is just bizzare but can get funny most of the time when you explore them for the first time.
People tend to forget, wuthering waves will only get better (hopefully). I have no hate to genshin and i still play the game, but the improvements for wuwa gets me more hyped
I quit because of the elemental reactions. It just made the characters feel the same.
Characters have different animations and apply their elements differently. But they just end up doing the same reactions.
Diluc, arlecchino, hutao. Different animations. Same vape reactions.
Clorinde, cyno, ei, sethos, keqing. Same aggravate and hyberbloom.
Cyro characters are just doing freeze.
And no matter what new character they release, it just going to do the same thing regardless.
And let's not forget the most usless reactions. Crystallizing, superconduct, shatter( some people don't even know what that is) overload is clunky as hell. Crystallizing is borderline usless.
But that's my opinion.

@SangTolol I wouldn't exactly say it was burnout. I played it pretty casually. I even took long breaks, like 2 months or 7 months, catching up on other games and playing the genshin stroy events or watching it. But after a 5 - or 6-month break when arlecchino came out. I played for a good while. Switched between her and Diluc. After doing that, I was like, why does this feel the same. And that's when it hit me, and I tried out my other characters, and they just felt the same to me. So I kinda just stopped playing all together because... the gameplay felt bad to me after thinking about it some more. I came up with this opinion of mine.

I also can no longer play genshin after trying wuwa, so when I returned to genshin I pressed the word Auto, I thought it was the skip button, and I also feel that the characters are slow in running, and I got used to dodging during combat, even though I have zhongli, which I could not live without, and when I break stones, I forget to I'm picking it up from the ground, and I'm also bored because I finished the genshin content a long time ago, and this is the reason that made me delete it, so now I'm having fun in wuwa and created two accounts for myself in wuwa, but until now I haven't decided which of them is my main account.

Aside from the Simulated Universe there's not much else to do imo and that's fine. The game doesn't punish you for not doing anything. Fomo is bad and the game respects your time for it.

ive noticed a lot of people complain abt the start for the story being confusing and infodumping and saying its bad but i like it because it empasizes the confusion the rover feels and i think they show that pretty well. like we dont know the terms yangyang and chixia are talking abt but to be fair yangyang and chixia are just talking amongst themselves and just mostly making sure rover is safe. but when i go back to genshin to see the start of the game it feels so slow and boring and not a lot to be open for interpretation and wonder. this is just personal opinion tho. but genshin rn feels so... wack after playing wuwa
I'm surprised so many people dislike the yapping when it's mostly short and explains the basics to understand what's happening. Genshin didn't do that and I had no idea what visions or the seven were until a month later because of a youtuber, that's how important infodumping is despite how reduntant it might be.

i didnt quit genshin, i just stop spending on this game. i think the lack/boring content is not that bad since i can finish all the daily stuff for 10min so i can play wuwa or other games.
so i decided to start spending on Wuwa instead on genshin now bec i can see a bright future more than genshin and devs literally listen to the complains and more rewarding, same as HSR.

I never played genshin. Always wanted to, but never had the device that could handle it. When I finally did have the device. I played Wuwa, and I love it.
Frrr in Genshin Characters look childish, paimon is just annoying, history has many problems and exploration is a torture. Women are literally lolies, baby-face with big boobs.
I really loved the game and played 1700+ hours, but the enterprise killed my love for the game. I cried when i saw how kuro games treated me compared to mihoyo. I won't play any of their games anymore (i played hsr and hi 3rd)

The reason why i still play genshin is because i have real life friends that still play it and we always talk about our builds and stuff and we brag about each others builds when we coop. and that is why im still playing both WuWa and Genshin. and of course i ask them if they want to try WuWa and we could play together but unfortunately their devices are not optimized. we play on ASIA server and a lot of people who plays gacha games here are mobile and low end - mid end pc or gaming laptops.
Welp. I doubt strong enough device either. So instead of just play Wuthering on GeForce now

Since you just started playing wuwa, I highly recommend rerolling for yinlin or wait a few days to reroll for jinhsi if you are more interested in her character.
It only takes about 25 min and you can get 36 pulls instantly from the mail and shop exchange.

As a Genshin veteran here, playing wuwa fueled my anger towards Mihoyo even more and feels like I’ve been clinging to a neglecting dad.
I also quit Genshin many years ago when I realized very quickly how boring and dry the process with become when I continue. I was so hyped about WuWa, playing it since day one after release. I just like the crispy clear looking map, so detailed, and the electro techno deep house? background music, really kicks my adrenalin. Every character is so unique and has different fighting style, no one copies the other resonator.
The rewards feel like you are a millionaire in this game 😂😂
And you CAN’T compare yourself to other online players!! You never see their builds or what characters they are owning!! Honestly this takes all the pressure away, especially if you’re f2p

I slow down on genshin after tasting PGR, the battle there is very refreshing and enjoyable, then WuWa came and i decided to give it a go since it's also from Kuro. Now, i don't know when will i delete genshin. Because actually i already saved some primo for Wrio rerun, but hoyo hold the man like a criminal. If Wrio don't get a rerun in next update, i guess that's it. I will delete genshin, my phone storage shouldn't suffer any longer lol.
WuWa is super fun and the progression is very fast u can get to rank (i forgot what is called 💀) 24 in like five days and they give a butt ton of free stuff , the exploration is super fun unlike genshin where i have to waste 5 hours climbing some stupid mountain 😭, do some random ahh quest for 3 hours and get 3 primos, but in WuWa u can get like 1000 astrites just from exploration and the map is not hard to unlock, in 2-3 days i managed to get 2k astrites and 7 lustrous pearls (or whatever its called). Also Scar is the best boi

The biggest thing to me was that WuWa at least seems like they care. Genshin could be greater, but they could literally care less about you. They have their own timeline, and whether or not you like it it's going to stay like that and no amount of appeal and criticism will ever get through to them. It's even worse that people seem to just let them do whatever they want and go scott free without criticism. Even though WuWa had a rough start, the way Kuro worked to try and fix as much as they could with so many obstacles and restrictions is nothing short of amazing and makes me feel like I want to stick around. I'll never play another Hoyo game because they will never treat you like anything else but pay pigs.

@@jayantverma7016 It's too grindy, soul-sucking and waste of time. Genshin ruined open world for me. I can't even play Witcher the same as it used to be anymore without feeling like I'm endlessly grinding and not truly enjoying the experience.
I mostly play hsr these days. Yes it's kinda an open world game but it's different compared to genshin and wuwa
@@jeydi5287 , you should try something better like Assassin's Creed, God of war etc. I can never prefer any other game type over the open world. Genshin , WuWa, HSR may or may not be open world, but they can never compare to something like God of war, GTA and those kind of games. So if the issue is these kind of low level games, just try the better ones.

Bad things about Genshin overworld traveling:
Can't turn around when gliding (always stuck left/right indecisive);
Dashing off the edge of certain cliffs will speed fall you at an angle/height where you can't use glider, but will die on landing;
Dash jumping continues to drain stamina while you're in the air.
Bad things about Genshin combat:
Ult animation time freeze/slowmo only affects the player, not enemies;
Cooldowns are always 1sec longer than it needs to be, so the enemies get to act first;
ICDs on elemental app/reactions makes Yoimiya and other reaction dependent characters bad.
Terrible kits stay terrible, Genshin devs think they're clever by making the def sword for Albedo, or Millelith for Zhongli, but geo constructs almost always get deleted instantly and interfere with the player if they don't (also stupid that the Millelith buff falls off after 3sec, and you're supposed to expect the mobs to just stand inside pillar pulse range all the time).

Im a Genshin Veteran and still playing it but i had to say wuwa has really done its homework they take everything good from genshin and eliminate lots of anoying downsides. Dont get me wrong im not saying genshin is bad but wuwa is better.

You can choose whoever you want from the selector. You get 1 beginner banner that guarantees a 5* then a selector banner that you can choose who you get but still have to summon for, then finally a 5* selector from your mail that everyone gets for the first year. I do suggest you at least pick up verina, though, cause she's the best support rn leagues above everyone else
Now i realized why i cannot explore in genshin now, the last time i fully explore a nation was inazuma, i thought i was just lazy but wuwa opened my eyes that its just too tedious, rewards aint worth it too. Same as all the my quest that stacked up now, its too much yapping lol. Wuwa is so good for casuals too, unlike genshit, everything is just so slow lol.

Pretty impressive that this is like the 3-4th video I saw someone relatively unknown do a similar style of video with leaving genshin for wuwa.
Back in 2020, back when Covid was in full force, back when there was nothing more to living my life than having fun playing games Genshin was a great experience. It was amazing for my developing interest in anime, like an Anime Skyrim of all things, and I spent that first night up till 4 in the morning playing. I enjoyed saving up for characters so much, I lost every 50/50 in the 2 years but that didn't matter because I always got the character I really wanted through dedication. Eula, Ganyu, Raiden, and Xiao are still my most beloved characters. But as time went on and I started getting more and more limited characters that feeling became less special, that enjoyment more diluted as each new character was just another build to grind out, more leylins to collect and more artifacts to grind. At the end of it all I had built 10 limited characters and still had 2 untouched who I couldn't bring myself to care about. I don't hate Genshin, it is still a fun game for those who still have it in their hearts to enjoy it. But it has taught me what's important when enjoying a game, and I plan to use that while playing Wuthering Waves to always make sure I am having fun playing.
When I first saw paimon, I felt wholesome and goofy . Now she's the most annoying part of Genshin . Ppl will say genshin story is better , I kinda agree for now . But I would rather ride the waves because of paimon.

Yesterday my wuwa ran really smooth and oh boy what an experience it was . This was the sole reason i wasn't able to fully enjoy wuwa but after it ran smoothly it simply felt much better. Wuwa is just so dynamic that u won't get bored. And so far no toxic co-op experiences. Rn I'm at unison 42

I just started both for the first time in the past two weeks. And I love them both for very different reasons.
I still love Genshin. I play WW too, and the combat is just as fun, but I still love the environments and characters of Genshin so much more, and the music as well. WW is fun, but if I had to only play one game it would still be Genshin.
literally, Genshin might not give as much pulls as HSR or WW, but the story is top-notch and they keep delivering, especially with world quests. I don't get what is up with illiterate attention-span-less gambling addicts these days. Acting like a free five 10 pull is going to make a game better than another one.

@@RelTheD.OSimp69 I cannot agree with that statement at all. Genshin's world quests peaked in Inazuma and have been steadily dropping off in quality ever since. Aranyaka was just a massive lore deposit, the writing of which wasn't actually all that good outside of the farewell to Arama. The entire Golden Slumber quest chain was terribly paced and it felt like there were massive chunks of it missing before it could even be considered remotely complete. How did we go from saving Tadhla to killing her in such a short period of time, only for that to segue into the next arc of Liloupar's story? It's utterly nonsensical, much like the entire Narzissenkreuz world quest chain, which was mostly incomprehensible and didn't really ever give that much information on the quartet from the Narzissenkreuz Institute (Alain, Marie-Ann, Rene and Jakob) nor the latter two's goals. We don't even find out what exactly the deal with Caterpillar is. Speaking of which, that whole Meropide world quest chain was absolute garbage. The quest chain with the Fontaine Research Institute and Nacker was also terrible. It failed to interest me in the slightest. I was honestly doing it just for world quest completion. It was dull and a slog to get through with again, precious little lore relevance.
Overall, there was not one single "top-notch" world quest to come out of Sumeru or Fontaine. They were mostly poorly-written with a few decent ones (Khvarena of Good and Evil and Canticles of Harmony, which came in 3.6 and 4.6 respectively). Nothing came even remotely close to matching what Inazuma had (Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual, Through the Mists, Enkanomiya), many of which at least engaged, if not moved me. They may not be on the level of what Wuthering Waves had in 1.0, but to say that they're "top-notch" and that miHoYo has "kept delivering" on world quests of all things is ridiculously hyperbolic and downright absurd in my opinion.
I quit genshin because of genshin burnout then found out about wuthering waves during its 1st beta

I'm glad you see your value. Genshin fans only get dogpiled by other long standing gacha game communities because they would take the crumbs that Mihoyo will leave them and be happy about it. Y'all Mihoyo be so trashy for treating you guys so poorly for how many years. It's frustrating seeing how much abuse and neglect you guys get. (Like seriously a first anniv should of been a big bang, not a sad whimper of an event)
Been playing Kuro's first game, PGR since global release and I will assure you that Kuro WILL ALWAYS listens to their players and treats them well. Can't wait for half anniv coz they're SOOOOOOOOOO giving. Selectors and free event pulls~ :D And they will always rebalance old characters so they can still be used in the current patch.
And I hope all Genshin players give games with a good developers a chance. Coz seriously, you WILL be spoiled by Kuro.

Boring is subjective, and not only whiteknight said genshin is not boring. I agree with the slow, because wuwa have fast pace exploration.
Wuwa is so good game since I mid player I don't have anything to do in genshin. So playing wuwa it's a great experience

I never really wanted to delete genshin, but at some point, building any motivation to play was legendary, and once I did get on, I logged off like 10 minutes after. Not so fun anymore and was taking uo space

Wuwa is a genshin veteran's wet dream. All the quality of life things are here + the fast wall climb. Going back is just awful
