I love zapmans opinions here, maybe gilded arrow needs a nerf but for solo laners the fact that most of the physical defense items are horrible is a way bigger deal. Also loved what pbm said. Some variety in solo is nice but warriors should be the best class in solo, just like mages should be best in mid and assassins should be best in jungle.
I mean some hunters can 2 or 3 shot a jungler
And win late game so easily

I forgot the name of it but it’s the upgrade of the jung starter the one with bumbas hammer, the passive is if u get last hits on objectives you heal for a certain percent of hp so when u do it on fire or steal it you heal for full HP cuz fire giants hp is insane now you also do bonus dmg to structures
@@NewsForecasts ah I see I think it was advanced FG which has like 13000 hp and bumbas spear heals for 10% on kill, so that makes sense. That’s kinda nuts actually lol.

When I see Hunters viable in all but support they're doing just fine lol
Zap always thinks they need more damage and while he's the 3 time he's gotta be careful because he does affect balance.

Not more damage. More variety. Hunters are weak in metas because we only ever have the same builds. Rather than adding more to give them different build paths to be viable in different ways, either their 2 builds are good or bad. There’s plenty of defense items that counter these builds, so when these same 2 builds have even the slightest overtune it makes it feel like def does nothing.
The problem right now isn’t that tanks aren’t tanky (late game they should be shredded by an adc), it’s that they don’t have enough damage to actually clear waves or camps efficiently enough. That’s why warriors were preferred over guardians in solo most of the time, ability damage plus aa damage. But now they can’t even farm properly to actually have that mid game spike. Either they need items that help with that, or they need to change the numbers to make camps and waves less tanky.
