Does the front Allen wrench screw need to be hand tighten is there a specific torque for it I never knew they had one in the front only the two smaller ones on the inside so I’m curious I had a couple actuators go bad on me and after seeing your video I checked the old ones and that front screw was loose on both that went bad so I’m curious how tight it should be

You should check the tension of spring. It is better to check with a diesel workshop

What is the cause of installing a new repair kit?because my r420 is having a problem in idling,its jerking,its like the diesel pressure is not strong enough,i already installed a new fuel cut off,fuel filter..

Your problem may be on actuator and then injector. You should send your actuators to a diesel workshop for checking
