I got to meet Ian McDiarmid last Sunday at the ICCC STAR WARS CON in Nashville and got him to sign my TVC Emporers Throne Room! EPIC moment in my life because Return of the Jedi was my first movie in a theater! Also got a pic with him!

I was 5 when I saw Jedi in the theatre in 83, it was insane when he unleashed the Force lightning on Luke. A few years later I read the novelization and I loved the inclusion of Luke instinctively repelling the Force lightning, showing how strong and threatening he was to the Emperor and Vader. Obviously he was quickly overtaken by Palpatine, but that image has always made me love Luke more.
Vaders control box was hit with lightning when he picked him up , hence why he stop breathing.
As you have shown, this one is worthy of purchasing two. Mine is zapping a few Jawas.
I really like the lighting from the emprors fingers looks cool. They did a good job with him. I was the same I recall older versions of flames etc looked terrible but nowadays it's come along way & looks great!
I have the same frustration with the scratches on bubble packaging. Seems like they get scratches from the factory. I have some figures that have so many scratches looks terrible but it's a brand new figure from the box. They need to have a thin protective film over the bubble like many protective cases do these days. So they don't end up scratched up.

Cool quick shot and awesome figure of ol' Sheev Palpatine. When Darth Vader throws him down the chasm in ROTJ, I always believed he fell into the DS2's main reactor. However, this would probably have taken several minutes. I think Robot Chicken did a parade of this. Keep up the great work, man.

The Forcelink Emperor’s head fits perfectly on this Emperor. I wish I had the throne room one so I can have three expressions. Smiling, slightly angry, and very angry. I can’t afford the Throne Room.

Nick your droids cartoon boba fett has the QC issue that most have, spider crease left of hanger tag mine was the same, R2 and 3P0 minty fresh no issues, SAF for some reason have boba fett back in stock I bought one last week and to my astonishment it was case fresh no common spider crease, I now have a full minty set 👍
Action figures aside, are you not doing voice acting for Lucasfilm because if not, that is some untapped brilliance right there. You probably hear that all the time, but that imitation of the Emperor was practically flawless!

@@OnlyOneKenobi that's alright! I never got around to getting it myself, however I do sometimes see the lost line version for pretty reasonable compared to the VC version. Someday my friend!
Best villain of all time, love this figure.. got one loose and one carded.. would have been really cool if he came with his lightsaber but I know he doesnt use it in ROTJ so I get it lol we need an updated Episode 3 Palps figure, I try to collect every Emperor figure and I agree that Force link Emperor is amazing..some are much harder to find.. like the clone wars Emperor figure goes for mad money on the secondary market.. really not a fan of how they mistreated his character and legacy in ROS..

I never thought of that theory I pretty sure the reason why Vader died was Because the lightning had damage his suit and he gave up on his anger and hatred and without his hated and anger which was keeping him alive like it was on mustafar I feel like he just wanted to die as well so he let go of hatred and anger

Yeah, what were they doing bringing him back at the beginning of the Expanded Universe in the Dark Empire Comics??? They gave very little reasoning other than he was able to clone himself. In fact, in Dark Empire, he was making many clones for himself behind the scenes. That would be so dumb to come up with a story that actually explains how he did that... what's he gonna do to clone himself? ...use some species that is naturally strong in the force? ... like Yoda's species or something? That would be so dumb! Wait, what? 😜🤣
