I had the same exact problem! What I realized in the end was you parent the hands to the lower arms, lowers arms to the upper arms and so on, and then you always do the upper parts to the torso! Hope this helps.
If it doesn't show the watch an ad, you can back to the main screen of AM and then go back to your projects and it you'll be able to see the watch an ad thingy when you click on the parenting tool.@@Pest_l0v3r

I thought it would be boring to do all the work to make gacha animations(I used CapCut to animate and found it way too hard and it just looked horrible in the end🥲)but doing them this way makes it so much more fun!!
