on point! this was a nail biter. 1 minor quibble which broke my immersion for a moment: when the POV switches to the U boat commander, the image is still lingering on the surface ship way too long before transitioning. great story!!! 🍸😁

Even with today's weaponry this Wonder Weapon would be absolutely terrifying to see in action. The German pilots have every right to run for the hills.

Amazing story, quite Liked the ”I’m not being paid enough to deal with this“ from the Bombers commander. One question though, wouldnt U-21 risk detection by patrols from Scappa flow? I know Scotland inst small but I’d assume the Royal Navy would keep a keen eye out so that they don’t find themselves the victims of a portstrike like they did to the Italians at Cape Matapan.
