    Cardio due to variation e.g swimming, mtb and running outdoors. Agree with your choices except RG 1st, JC 2nd and BM 3rd 🙌🏼

    Answer to your question 1: Would definitely be doing strength training over cardio. It just works better for my body.
    Super pumped for Torian. There’s some amazing athletes coming through this year.
    Looks like I need to learn how to screw some more lightbulbs on. Thanks for the tips.

    I would miss strength training more than i would miss cardiovascular training, so strength for me! I would spell it Tsa 😜

    My heart says strength but my head says cardio. Don't want to be huffing and puffing every time I climb the stairs!!

    Cardio! Feel like getting your heart rate going and pushing yourself in that way is what makes the whole difference on your mental health. Love being strong but getting your heart rate up and being in the paincave for a bit is always like therapy!

    Used to love the stair machine at a local gym. Would do 120 floors at pace for a good cardio after weightlifting.

    My approach to keeping a smooth head is a bit unobtainable for most... I have alopecia universalis, which is characterized by complete hair loss. The happy part is I always look clean-shaven without ever having to shave!

    For me the answer would be cardiovascular fitness because it would allow me to go out and do more hiking visiting places and seeing sites and not worried about getting tired out too quickly.

    Wykie, first I want to say Oceania needs more Games spots, with that being said, after your top 4 where do you see Peter Ellis? I like Jake, but not sure he can beat out Ellis.
