More beautifully familiar territory - can’t wait to get back there in February. Many thanks TE for another very pleasant walk in Shinjuku 👍🏼🙏🏻

It handled the exposure so well that the sky was not overexposed in the bright sunlight without the ND filter is amazing.

… and of course it had to end, like the other evening’s video, on TE bridge!

Thank you for the video. I recently discovered your channel and am enjoying your back catalogue of walks. I dream of visiting Tokyo one day! It looks fascinating! I just ordered the Osmo Pocket 3 and was wondering if you have to use ND filters or any attached lenses at all on your pocket 3? I would be very interested to know. Thank you and keep sharing the videos, they are great!!

wobble in your walk is getting better. you can counter it with a fluid elbow, takes a bit of practise

Unfortunately, the gimbal of Osmo Pocket 3 can't overcome this problem.

This was shot in 4k 60fps, right? What sort of overheating issues have you run into? Are you doing anything to keep the camera cool while filming?

    •  11 месяцев назад +3

I have done a lot of tests for overheating with my unit , in HVEC codec you are lucky if you get more than 35 minutes in 4k60 , if the camera was already used a bit you get around 20 minutes , this is for sure sad to see , in h264 you get a bit more , but very similar , now in 4k 30 HEVC I also get around 40 minutes , but 4k 30 h264 I was able to get 90 minutes , this was done at 23-25 degrees Celsius without face tracking , I was really hoping to not have overheating issues but if you dont plan to shoot for long times it works in the end , on the Pocket 2 there were 2 modes battery saver and quality , on quality you would get overheating but on battery saver you could run 4k 30 no limit from what I remember

I'm using 4K60 & HVEC and have recorded for over an hour twice without any issues.

I haven't had any problems. Shot a couple of videos one hour long in one take. What was the ambient temperature like?
