Her mental game is most impressive to me. She entered a flow state and kept it going. Most pros can hit open shots easily but it is the bright lights, people in the crowd, and the self pressure when you get on a roll that can impact even the best shooters. So yes she is a money shooter but also impressive ability to enter a flow and stay in it the whole time.

The ball is a size 27.5 in the wnba and the three pointer is shorter. Therefore the nba’s record is harder and more accomplished because it’s longer and uses a bigger ball. Steph can do what Sabrina did but Sabrina can’t do what Steph does.

The reality, that is not even the "cruel" kind, it's simple: in most sports, it's illogical to compare the performance of women with men. Basketball is no exception, literally every metric is different (even the quarter times)

I don't recall exactly when.. perhaps playoffs last year.. or the year before.. I caught the end of the a NYL WNBA playoff game where I believe Liberty was facing elimination. It was near the end of the game and Liberty was behind and a player I never knew before, Sabrina Ionescu... essentially took over the last few minutes of the game in defense, steals, passes and made buckets and they won the game. It was my first introduction to Sabrina Ionescu... pure grit... no quit. I am not surprised she put in the work to get as good as she needs to be to hit that many shots. She is a baller.. entertaining to watch and inspirational to coaches and players alike.

Maybe if shes given years to practice from that range. But realistically, the wnba line is like the 2 ft, so in the nba it wouldnt even be considered a deep mid range shot while 2 ft from the three point line is considered deep.
