I have hit a wall creatively, I end up playing the same chords and riffs as I always do and sometimes feel like what is point ? In this video I go back to the oldest trick in the guitar trick book...Alternative tunings! In this video I am using Open C...
You need to tune your E down the C your A down to G your D down to C your G down to E your B down to G and your E down to C. So you get C-G-C-E-G-C
Please try this open C tuning and I hope it will get you out your rut and help you get some new songs out of the old gitbox!

That is the oddest pickup selector I've seen (assuming that's what that is on the lower horn)
It is a pickup selector yeah. The inspiration for the guitar was a fender XII which features a 4 way rotary switch. This one just has a 3 way one. It was a nightmare to wire as the switch has like 20 connections on it that I had to just keep trying to get a connection that worked haha!
