like the sneak preview. I have been using the dewalt boxes to hold my leisure batteries and victron controller for solar. about to come out the 90 for MOT and winter storage with suitable sunlight. the recesses alllow for protected switches and additional holes for cables without losing rigidity. Next phase may be 1 lithium to replace 2 leisure , poss jan sales ?. good vlog as ever.
Not had a single issue with jock liam spec renogy system 10/10 recommend! running a 400ah lithium with 3000w inverter. Rich the van is really taking shape! love the wood!
Looks good and sturdy. Currently deliberating over my bed setup on my build as I need it adaptable so I can get a motorbike in or use it as a van to carry crap. Think ive sussed it but keep changing my mind 😂 Want it utilitarian but comfortable as well so who knows how it will end up.....
Outside van do some good bed builds. I recon you could also do it like mine with bigger boxes in the boot and a hinged bed that lifts for the bikes. But then you can’t have the bikes and sleep in the van. 😂 who knows
Think I have enough room to make a 2 piece bed base across the van that lifts out completely. Then I can put one narrow base in with the bike in sat up toward the bulkhead allowing me to sleep with the bike inside. Bit tricky for 2 bikes and 2 people though. May be. Able to make a single hanging bunk across the front cab seats. It's pretty wide as it's a chevy G30 ambulance albeit uk spec with rhd. Not the end of the world if I can't sleep with the bike in but I have ha sling covid for the past 3 years and it would allow me to travel further afield and stop and sleep if I need to and still have the use of the bike without the long rides into Europe.
Magnet for the win. Simple. Easy to fit and less f**king about if 1 falls off. Latches will be to delicate. Also I’m only here for the health and safety experts complaining about the lack of goggles and gloves whilst using such dangerous tools. 🤣. Coming along nicely dude

Ay I did have glasses on. On top of my head probably but it did get them out the van
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk the thought was there. That’s what’s important 🤣.
Magnet and finger hole, whats the two bits of angle on door frame?
They were from the first bed base I made
Can’t believe you’re still going remember you had the green goddess

I have got a Land Rover ambulance tho?

Hey Rich
Vans Looking great 👍🏻
What's the litres of that old water tank you have?
I think it was around 50l. I don’t use much water so went smaller on this one for space
Great update
Thank you.
The van is starting to all come together, and she looks superb 👌
Thank you.
