Fabi Vol 6.2 or 6.0 can’t remember but Mercedes has said that the only reason it keeps the 63 badge is because of the iconic 300 class with the naturally aspirated 6.3 They also mentioned that they knew they had to start reducing the displacement once they started using turbos.

Sandro Sobreira to expensive and unreliable. 5.5 is made to take boost from factory.

Many tuners take the C 63 (M156 engine 6.208l V8) and replace it with the 5.5l BiTurbo V8. Its easier for them to tune. They dont need to change the whole engine and fit turbos in. The 5.5l already has 2 turbos so everything is easier for them.
I personally like it more if it has a 6.208l engine (with turbo/supercharger if you want to tune) but like i said its quite rare.
Brabus takes the 5.5l engine aswell but they make it bigger to 6.0l. Thats a way to go aswell
