How to move recovery partition in Windows Server 2022/2019

Sorry, but where is "moving" ? there are jist extending operations :-( Moving means re-order at least

When you right click a partition and run "Resize/Move", if you drag the left or right border, this partition will be shrunk or extended. To move this partition, you should drag the middle of it.
