Hi all The Stat Man Jack Supple said QPR have lost consecutive home games by a 3 goal margin for the first time since December 1948, when the second game in that run was also a 3-0 loss to Luton I looked it up and Dad Johnny Gibbons played in both those games in 1948 shame Dad didn’t score.
@PaulGibbons13 it is becoming a very bad habit to be eliminated so soon in the Cup! Each you approach these games hoping, only to have your dreams snatched away... Glad you liked our podcast though!
Realistically we have no more than 11 good players, thus there will always be shortfalls due to illness or injury. That's been our problem for consecutive seasons. DONT BLAME THE MANAGER. Mid table at end of season if lucky. The Board need to get real......
@charleswilliams4059 as we both mentioned in the podcast, we do not have any real depth of quality in the squad. The only reason so many of League One remain is because the club cannot afford to buy better players. I fear you are also right about it being a mid-table finish too.
Have to disagree re niko. He doesn't give 100%. He's gutless. He has no desire and no heart. That's shocking for a footballer and one that we decided to give a 4 year deal to.

I was hoping we would go further this year.

I do not think anyone on the Hoops & Dreams Forum could understand why he was awarded that 4-year deal. I would rather play Uncle Albert at LB!
