- Many a times we hear the word 'Support Local' or buy from local. In fact we should as it will help in uplifting one another and our economy will also be better. But again many a times we are discouraged or unsatisfied with the customer service they give, their attitude and the price they ask, which is more that what others are asking. We are not generalising it in any way as there are also some very good and successful local businessmen and businesswomen but we believe most of you have come across the one mentioned above.
So this video is a satire take on that.

Regarding the auto driver I don't prefer local even though I feel like supporting them.... Sometimes I feels hitting myself when they double the amount.. I do feels happy to give the amount fixed by the Association but not that khushi khushi wala ki boisha kaas tey olai

When I walk through the Isle of kohima town specially razu point and dakland area... I feel soo pity for the local elderly selling their local product!. Even tho it break my heart to see them in their state of being... I just can't have the guts to open my morom side to them and buy! Why?

We the Nagas are learning how to do business slowly slowly, we are just at our initial stage...but still more to learn & adapt many things from Non-locals...like in price segment, our attitude, being humble & how to handle customers.
Businesses that treat their customers as king, have reported higher returns than their counter parts who puts little to the value of the customers. There is no known business that can do without customers.

No relationship with customers, lack in customer service,.. most of the time when I visit local shop they don't even turn their head to talk ... And when we ask the price of the product or things for 2 3 times they will get irritate and rude ... Loobo koi le lobi types hi asee.. since I had been trained and experienced in customer service ... I can't expect the rude shopkeeper ...

On behalf of all the locals staying in Mokokchung, the amount of chow and momos we get in Dima and Kohima is so less and the price is double too. That too in "local restaurants" 😂😂
