What would be great is to know what the issue was with not adjusting the stone holder. I have only used the tsprof diamond stones so I’ve never had to change the stone holder height. I appreciate all the work it takes to make these videos. Take care, Rod
if you only use the diamond stones of the same type then there is no problem, but if you change from diamond to stone sharpening stone then there is. that is because of the thickness difference between the stones. because of that the sharpening angle changes a few degrees . and that was the problem I had, because I had not adjusted the height of the stone.
