You say from fall to spring....im curious how they are in the summer? It can get hot and i need something that wont be horrible to wear , I'm hoping rolling down the top works as well
@@Guitar_Romantic_L.A.M.F I haven't tried rolling them down, but I suppose it would work. For us here we have rubber boots that we use on the odd occasion we need boots during the summer months. With it being so dry here the need simply isn't there for us, so I don't the experience with it.
So I am looking for boots that are like these, but are grounded to earth, however they can be expensive. After wearing rubber boots for a few hours, I notice my feet get tired. Walking barefoot as u may know grounds us to earth and has health benefits. However it is not practical to do this while working on a farm, so finding a boot that is grounded using copper and is in contact with your feet would be the ideal. To avoid the extra cost, what I am intending to do is wrap a copper wire around the middle of underside of the shoe and run it up the outside and into the base on the inside so that your feet are in contact with the copper wire. This would be the cheapest way to do this, especially if u like a shoe, but they don't make them grounded.
Whenever I can't figure out a pronunciation, I call the main office and see how they answer the phone.👍👍👍
Now that's a good way of going about it!
Hope you're enjoying vacation and had Happy New Year.
Hey Richard! Yes, it was a nice little break, but it's time to get back to it! Happy New Year!
Great review 👏 😊
Glad you enjoyed this one. They really are good boots in our experience.
OMG, freeze warning in effect for Maricopa county tonight 🥶 !
It's definitely going to be chilly. We have a few sub 30 degree nights on the extended forecast here in Wittmann next week!

These are way too warm for us in the Summertime. The neoprene uppers keep it a bit too warm for summertime.
@@EdgeofNowhereFarm have you ever folded/rolled them down ? Or any other suggestions for a summer work boot ?

I call them High Sea
That works for me!!
how do they fit? to make it easy, I believe it's pronounced "HIGH-C"
They run true to size in our experience. We've been very happy with the pairs we've had over the last few years.

Aloha from Hawaii…
You know us Hawaiians and our vowels, lol
He-say-ah… Hisea
I’m going this route, lol
Aloha! I think you're right with that one!
Great review, but yet another company not offering wide sizes :(
Well, that's a bummer!

I (Duane) am a BIG fan of barefoot shoes. Outside of the farm it's the only type of shoe I will wear!
