I like how she describes how to handle the different people. I need this.
Thank you.
This is really needed at this time in my life. I feel overwhelmed by all the yes decisions and really need to make a change. Looking forward to the next part and definitely getting the book!
Story of my life . Yes people become tired and bitter .
AMAZING MESSAGE ❤
Thank you for this ....
Years ago I was shocked and offended when my whole MOPS table called me a people pleaser 😂 it was true to an extent at the time. Not any more though! Family has been the roughest adjustment but friends and church people have been wonderful and supportive with learning to let my yes be yes and no be no!
Excellent advice about delaying an answer to sudden request for help.
Wish there was an audio version of this.
I can relate to this. Codependent person but no more.
This was another great interview! So many struggle with this including myself. I'm not seeing part 2...maybe I missed it?
Thanks for your interest in our podcast, Molly. You can find Part 2 of our program with Karen Ehman here: bit.ly/3C5g3EJ. Blessings!
My parent fits the pusher and pouter 😆
This over serving, "yes" behaviour is way more common in christian communities that we would like to believe. Serving out of codependency is not real serving and leads to burnout. So important to be aware of it.
Thank you.
