Excel - Sort by Color and Sort Using Conditional Formatting

Sorting in Excel gives us a lot of options, but many users do not know you can sort by cell color and font color. You can also use Conditional Formatting and sorting.

What if I did conditional formating for say multiple days that are in different columns. This sorting function will be able to apply ?
