‘23 New Product Review - St. Croix Avid Inshore and Mojo Bass

Avid Inshore has always been a staple in the St. Croix lineup. The new 2024 version is seeing the same great stuff that the original Avid was based on but with some new upgrades. They have now incorporated SC3+ material to lighten up the rods, along with updated grips. They also showcase their Best in Category winner with the Mojo Bass equipped with a trigon handle for ultimate comfort along with other trendy updates. Yep I can attest to that, was fishing smallmouth and hooked a channel cat and busted my rod, no issues with replacing it, actually they were impressed it did as well as it did on a 15lb cat

The double locking reel seats were a long time coming. That is about my only complaint with current St.Croix's.
