I watched the crank start backup part. Not sure what is goin on. Maybe silly to say but if you didnt shift the tranny tru all the gears before you put it in and go back to neutral several times could be in gear all the time make sure ya got neutral. Ist and reverse slider and 2nd 3rd hub gotta get forks into recessed slots in slider and hub. If you had clutch in to start it you know what happened or just looked that way in video. Shim that starter. Have a good one.

Well, at least you didn't get the correct bushings for the trans shifter arms. Drilling them out, and making them weaker, was the right play.
