This is great BUT I'm always on top of all of this but the worship team is never the same people and not everyone shows up for practice or sound check. The preacher dosent always Gove scripture till Sunday morning 10 mins before service or some knw shows up with a guitar and the leader says oh ya he's playing with us. Any thoughts?
