This is 5 tier wedding cake with dummy cake base which is 12x4 and the rist is all edible chiffoncake and it's sizes are 10x4 for the second tier, 8x4 for the 3th tier, 6x4 for the 4th tier and the last for top tier is 4x4.
The flowers decoration of this are all edible fondant rose flowers and fondant leaves.

Love it , the decisive transfer of tiers was awesome. I love the way you confidently stuck a palette knife into the centre of each tier and stacked the cake. That’s my most terrifying step and I’ll be doing something similar in future. Also the airbrush on your foliage was genius. I’ve spent hours ( valuable time) dry brushing the sugar flowers. No more. I love this way of stacking tiers! I've never seen it done like that before but it makes perfect sense. No more panicking until the next tier is centered and finally set in place, which is always a source of anxiety for me. I love everything about this. Now I want to go bake a cake lol

Why do you need a “dummy base?” All layers of my wedding cake were edible so I’m curious.
Probably wanted a certain height but just didn't need that much cake based on guest count.
I am a baker sometimes it's because the client wants a high cake but can't afford to pay for too much, the bottom cake being the biggest, if it's a dummy it cuts the price down but you still get to present a 5 tier cake. Most people do it. If you see a 8 or 10 tier Cake, not all the tiers are actual cake

Да ещë и крема так мало, всего лишь по одной прослойке крема в каждом ярусе. И крем скорее всего БЗК (ничего сверх оригинального) или вообще из растительных сливок. Такое себе удовольствие на свадьбу.

Moon Owl....I worked in a bakery and we wore gloves when working with fondant to prevent the coloring from transferring to your hands.
Also in many bakeries wearing gloves is a standard practice.
@@elizabethrogers6897 also wearing gloves is not the most hygienic practice in the kitchen. Ask any chef. It’s just easier to wash your hands.
@Bigriv Todagled Who thinks they did not wash their hands? Why are people assuming such. We always washed our hands dried thoroughly, put our gloves on, and then worked with the fondant. Even after you wash your hands oil from your skin can still come in contact with the fondant messing up the colors.

I agree. I personally don't like cakes/dishes with decorations/garnishes that aren't edible. I don't see the point, so I love this. The flowers are so intricate. Such detail that they look like real flowers. They're beautiful!
