    1 understand good CV and placeable CV. 2 good intake conversation ( what CDDs do and what CDDs want to do). 3 persuade CDD to talk to multiple companies through you.4 multitasking( several pipeline ongoing at the same time). 5 reliable for your CDDs.

    Sounds to me like what a recruiter is is really a kind of multifaceted consultant/broker/salesman/customer service liason resource between your candidates and client companies.
