I see most other peoples try to do show offs by purchasing the latest and the greatest , when they cannot even use its full power. Hi, yes you are right about M2 base model ssd. However if budget is a constraint, then for an average/lay user like me, the difference would not be a deal breaker. If one can increase the budget , your advise stands good :)

@piyushsareen2809 Not 2nd hand, Amazon & Flipkart are selling leftover stock in sales. Check the prices every day & grab a deal if its around 50 K, if you decide on this MacBook ! Read instruction carefully do not buy refurbished/used ! You can research other laptops too !

I bought macbook air m1 in Amazon sale . But the camera is blurry. Is Camera issue is hardware problem or it m1 air is coming with poor camera quality?
@FarazMalik-ov8gv Hi, since I cant see it, not sure, but my M1 camera is definitely blurry too, so are other M1's I have seen. At 720 p the camera isn't the best in M1, Apple updated it to 1080 p in their later models like M2..

Hi, mine is by Lemorele brand, but my VGA & audio do not work, so not fully satisfied with it. Rather check out Ugreen or anker hubs. I also use smaller n cheaper USB dongle by amazon basics.

@iridescentkaleidoscope Hi, I have also used - Western Digital My Passport Portable External Hard Drive (HDD) - it worked fine. So I assume WD SSD should work fine too ! Just read the instructions carefully before ordering & make sure there is a return/replacement in case of any issues !
@Learn_English48 There is no official statement by Apple, but they generally provide approx. 7 years of main macOS updates, plus 2/3 years of security fixes after that. Once security updates stop, you will need to be careful. If you are concerned, consider M2/M3

Small advice for viewers don’t go for M2 … as SSD speed is slow compared to m1 else go Go for M1 or m2 512 gb ssd
