Drove the hell out of it and adored it, washed it every nice day that came around and had many memories of me and my best friend going to grab lunch in the car. Back on August of 2020, just a little under a year of ownership, I lost control in a turn on my way home from work and planted it into a concrete wall, I lost the car but nearly lost my life. I remember just laying against the driver side door, as the paramedics took care of me while a crowd had stopped to survey the incident since it was a pretty bad crash, until my mother came and drove me home. This song is forever a reminder of that car, and how much I loved it, and people say cars can't induce emotions...

Usually small displacement (1.2l-1.4l is probably most common). Insurance is crazy high for young drivers here.

That moment when Iketani wanted to go to the date Mako after they unfortunately learnt about their true driving skills, and he couldn't get to the place in time... I usually don't feel really involved in anime love stories but... Maaaan, this one made me cry so much ! I felt so bad for them T^T
Iketani got a lot of insecurities, but he didn't get it that Mako wholeheartedly accepts him despite his lacking skill in racing and the charisma that Ryosuke have. Up until in Extra Stage 2 Iketani failed to say what he truly feels toward Mako and her having doubts whether to go pro or not but Iketani chose to not get in the way of fulfilling Mako's dream to become a pro racer. All it needed was that Iketani say what he truly feels and they would be together. After Extra Stage 2 they never met again.
Failed my driving for 3 times, before the 4th time I watched battles from Initial D and i wanted so bad to learn how to drift and today i passed guys, Initial D is giving strength to people yo🥰
Now that Initial D ended I feel empty I started watching Initial D at 2006 when I was 10 Years old. I was so happy in 2013 when i was 17 when i got my Driver's license me and some of my friends used to drive like maniacs Tickets after tickets it was wild but fun miss those times and miss Initial D

I just finished Intial D today, and this was the last song, its really a nice song that i was about to cry not only because of the anime but because of another thing, and this will be best song in Inital D because it feels like something that you can't describe it just hits your nerves and your heart so you start to cry and feel done from everything, but the last thing i wanna know is that in the last episode it ended where Takumi and a new 86 passes eachothers, so i wan't to know when this anime ended because this 86 is a new model which i think it was made in 2013 or 2014 so will there be a new Initial D or it ends where he see's a new 86 and then its done.

@@Jay19958 I'm not that good but compared to my friends I was a little better and my car I used to drift with when i was young was a 1990 Ford Mustang Foxbody Turbo I Tuned it for drifting and for a mustang it drives pretty good but I sold it last year

I just finished Intial D today, and this was the last song, its really a nice song that i was about to cry not only because of the anime but because of another thing, and this will be best song in Inital D because it feels like something that you can't describe it just hits your nerves and your heart so you start to cry and feel done from everything, but the last thing i wanna know is that in the last episode it ended where Takumi and a new 86 passes eachothers, so i wan't to know when this anime ended because this 86 is a new model which i think it was made in 2013 or 2014 so will there be a new Initial D or it ends where he see's a new 86 and then its done.

I know about kanata and all that but sometimes I like to think that was Keichi tsuchiya and he goes on to train Takumi. After all, bunta and tsuchiya were friends.
the gt86 was the succesor of the ae86 and the GT86 had 86-239 on its license plate (86-239 means hachi-roku ni sankyu (thank you, 86))
