In place of the pads if you would like to prevent waste, you can get an AHA serum like glycolic acid. Most people exfoliate 2-3 times weekly depending on how well their skin can tolerate it, so it may be better not to use the pads daily :)

chin acne is usually caused by hormonal imbalance, from my own experience i think using less skincare works or don’t even do skincare for awhile maybe only use it when you wear makeup that day, do not exfoliate your skin for awhile till your skin actually starts clearing up, start taking hormonal balance supplements and keeping up with a good diet, tea tree oil for the spots but I do think dr. dennis gross products are really good, start taking collagen/ghee, but yeah i think these things will help you tremendously with your skin but of course one step at a time because it can be overwhelming with all the new info/routineee!
you also mentioned you have ibs and gut issues, that’s also a big part of it so again a good diet and start having apple cider vinegar, ginger, oregano oil, etc.
Definitely need both jackets lol two completely different vibes - Frankie shop is more athleisure casual and the other is more of a business professional/girly dress up look

Chin breakouts are hormonal! Go get your hormones tested, no skincare is going to help you, its from the inside of your body. Love the longer vlogs :)
