Best youtube demo Ive heard considering its youtube. More than enough bottom end. Pity I didnt hear any vocals though as I wanted to hear the mid range
maybe just me but it seemed up closer i heard less bass ...but i do like the compact size of these little guys and i am going to buy a set of those TS312S ...
That 12 is fuckin amazing! Thank you bro for locking me into this! I just bought the 12 inch highs and they are killer and now Im getting the whole family
I'm thinking about getting some of the tx210s maybe 3 or 4 for a loud garage stereo system. Then maybe picking up a sub too. You think they will work out well for that? Or are they too directional?
Honestly bro I haven't even heard any of the TX series speakers. But if its loud your after I'd recommend anything in the TS series above the 10 in. I'd say if you can afford it go with TS310
big up, came across doing a similar experiment on a smaller but legit inexpensive set up. I know that sound has come a long way with Class D amps but you never can tell. I dj at a local bar here in Chicago and they use the 12" speaker and they sound decent - yes i know more $$$$$ can get awicked set up but since i DJ there i want to gift them a sub, they have the ALTO 12" i want to get the ALTO 15 ". any thoughts on the 15? I get it the 18 will be sick but there ae residents a block away and I have been there before - that;s why they call me 6 Block. when i DJ block Parties..... they complain 6 blocks awas y because of the dual 18" set up. Looking for a tighter set up that can rock w 8's or 10's.There are still block parties that can fund the gear in prep for next year
In my honest opinion I didn't really care for the bass that the 15 in sub produces. I have owned all 3 models of these Alto subs and I ended up returning the 15. It just sounded muddy to me. Depending on the size of the bar 1 of the 12's should be ok. I own the 12 in sub and one 18 in sub and and let me tell you that that 12 in sub does not disappoint, even though it doest go as low as the 18 the bass it does put out is plenty powerful and tight. They did a great job with it. You can also try one 18 and just not turn it up as loud. At the end of the day they are both 2000 watts just that the 18 in produced lower frequencies because of its size. Plus you'll be indoors so it will help mask the sound.
Bought 2 ts315 tops, very loud and shake the house but seems to be missing deep bass "like rap music type bass" looking at the ts312s subwoofer because of the weight can lifted by myself... Do you think it would be sufficient and noticable to add deeper bass sound to the 15's?
Honestly bro I also had a pair of 315's and paired them with the TS318S, but sold that setup for a smaller rig because of back problems. To answer your question I would not recommend pairing a smaller sub than the size of your tops. I would at least get the 15 in sub to go with your matching tops. I'm now using a pair of the 312's with this 12 in sub and it sounds great.
I've never heard those speakers in person but I have heard that those speakers are both beast. As far as watts go this system has more hands down, and does get pretty loud. But honestly I can't speak for the jbls
The way I connected this setup is I ran a cable from my tablet straight to the input of the subwoofer and from the subwoofer output ran it to each speaker. So to recap, 1 tablet, 2 subwoofer, 3 speakers
Personally I had the 215S sub and was not happy with the bass it sounded to muddy for my taste. I haven't heard the 315s I reccomend the 12 for nice tight bass or if u have the space the 18 that one goes hard and very low
@musiquito2010 Alto has def stepped up their game with the 3 series all across the board. I replaced all my 2 series for the 3 series and have more headroom and able to play louder with stressing speakers as much
It's actually a very basic connection, You won't have any trouble. I bought an XLR to headphone jack cable and connected that to the input of the back of the sub and the other end headphone jack side to my tablet. Then from the output of the sub ran xlr cable to my tops.
now if all the other all (look at me! LOOK AT ME!) talk and no demo youtube *HACKS* made videos like this, people might actually learn something. big thumbs up #320 and thanks
Thanks bro, I know exactly what your talking about. And in all my future videos will keep talking to a minimum. Sometimes the is absolutely no need for it.👍
I like it! I have Ts308 I’m looking to get 18inch subwoofer or 12 inch can deside now when I hear the 12 inch dammed that good , do you think 18inchis overkill? Thank you for reviewing it.
Your welcome man, thanks for the support. In my honest opinion yes I think the 18 in sub would drown out these eights. I've owned all 3 versions of these subs at one point or another and for the 18 in sub you would need minimum the 12 in tops. But I'm telling you this little 12 in sub hits hard! You will not be disappointed.
you can but youre not going to be able to send a signal to your subs via bluetooth, thump go's dont have that ability. i just upgraded to ev everse 8's cuz of this and a few other reasons, good luck
I would like to but just don't have the time lately. But I can do my best to try to explain how I hooked it up. I have a male xlr to headphone jack cable. I ran the xlr side of that cable the the subs input and the other end to my tablet. Then from the subs output channels I ran xlr the the top speakers inputs. Hope that helps.
As a rule of thumb It's not generally recommended to use a top bigger than your sub but I saw some dj doing a gig with this same sub and two Alto 315's plus the sub does have the setting to pair with the 15's so technically speaking u should be OK. But I've never tried that combo myself.
For something like that with that many people I'd recommend a 12 or 15 in top with a longer throw and bigger sub like an 18 in for a broader sound. This micro system would be good for like 80 to 100 max
The 12 in subs would be good to set a hot spot on the dance floor for up to 40 people. But for more than that I would go with the 15 sub. I once did a party for 55 people with 12 in tops and one 12 in sub. But the sub was pushed to its limits that night.
Nice! I had been looking for someone to do a sound test with this combo. Thanks for the upload!
Thanks for this vid. Been wanting a small setup to have along with my big setup. I just ordered a TS308 to try out, will look at the baby sub as well.
Best youtube demo Ive heard considering its youtube. More than enough bottom end. Pity I didnt hear any vocals though as I wanted to hear the mid range
Sounds really good!!
at least your camera mic did these justice good video
i'd use JBL712 for range, and this ALTO TS312S for subs. sounds killer
Se escucha muy bien 👍🏻 todo el subwoofer y los medios excelente video gracias por compartir
Muchas gracias amigo

Can u play music form this soaker through your phone or computer?

Right on bro! Glad to hear I was able to be of some help. If u check out their website they just came out with their new series of subs
Didn’t put it on RUclips but I have them love them
Suena muy bien, para fiestas en amigos es mas que suficiente

I've heard good things about the tx series sub tho. Maybe try a couple of tx 310 and that ts sub

Acá en México no encuentro el sub, ni siquiera en amazon, :(
Nice!!... Was they volumen as high as it can go ora You could hace still turn it up more of You wanted? Thx so much
Oh no bro, the volume could still go higher. I probably only had it a out half way up of anything.
@@2332gregor wow!
Looking for system for a Mardi gras parade.... Would your system be louder than those JBL partybox all in one powdered systems like the 1000 or 710?
I've never heard those speakers in person but I have heard that those speakers are both beast. As far as watts go this system has more hands down, and does get pretty loud. But honestly I can't speak for the jbls
I have these paired with TS310 tops and yes it will blow away any single party speaker, by far. The sound will also be much more full.
Did you buy 2 alto ts308? And how did you connect the two speakers? Thank you in advance
The way I connected this setup is I ran a cable from my tablet straight to the input of the subwoofer and from the subwoofer output ran it to each speaker. So to recap, 1 tablet, 2 subwoofer, 3 speakers

How are this 12 subs compare to the ts315 subs I am planning to buy ..but I just was impress by this 12s.
Which one you recommend .. thanks

Great Demo
Thank you!
YW I Used mine for the first time last night. They are great 👍
Muy buen sub...
How did you wire it? Through a mixer ? And then got an input through your iPad ?
It's actually a very basic connection, You won't have any trouble. I bought an XLR to headphone jack cable and connected that to the input of the back of the sub and the other end headphone jack side to my tablet. Then from the output of the sub ran xlr cable to my tops.
Hello. I have a 2x alto TS312S subwoofer and I'm looking for ALTO tops that would fit the 310 or 312 top thank you :)
Either one will work, but the 12's will give you fuller sound and longer throw.
now if all the other all (look at me! LOOK AT ME!) talk and no demo youtube *HACKS* made videos like this, people might actually learn something. big thumbs up #320 and thanks

overkill......i would probably get 1 15 inch and see how that sounded
Buenos parlantes amigo
Gracias, ese bajo tiene mucho bass
I have 2 mackie thump go. can I pair them with this sub?

Can you show a video of how it's connected without using a mixer?

2 Ts310 y un sub de ts312 para cuántas personas serviría en interior?
Unas 60 personas
Are these good for an open air Dj gig with 200 people?

is that 12 or 15 inch subwoofer?
12 inch
I have 2 alto ts410 would 12 or 15 sub for outdoor party anywhere from 40 to 80 people

What song is that?? 🔥lmk
Fresh ( Charles j remix)
Where are the two speakers connected?
The 2 speakers are connected to the outputs of the sub.
So nice and thank you…
@ellyalguno6556 thank you, and your welcome.
