    5. EDIBLE OIL - 1 TABLESPOON
    6. CHANA DAL - 1 TABLESPOON
    7. URAD DAL - 1 TSP
    8. HING - 2 PINCH
    9. BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - ½ TSP
    10. CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
    11. GREEN CHILLI - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
    12. CURRY LEAF - 7 TO 8 LEAVESS
    13. DRIED RED CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
    14. GINGER PASTE - ½ TSP
    15. SALT - 1 TSP
    16. CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 TABLESPOON
    17. SUJI / RAVA - 1 CUP
    OPTIONAL TADKA
    1. EDIBLE OIL - 1 TABLESPOON
    2. GARLIC - 5 TO 7 CLOVES
    3. SESAME SEEDS - 1 TABLESPOON
    4. GINGER - ½ INCH
    5. ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
    6. CAPSICUM (MEDIUM) - ½, CHOPPED
    7. TOMATO KETCHUP - 2 TABLESPOON
    8. SCHEZWAN SAUCE - 2 TABLESPOON
    9. SALT - 2 PINCH
    10. SPRING ONION (CHOPPED)
