1.) I authorize WorkshopFix Computer Repair Services to repair my unit/item.
2.) I understand the cost of repair plus parts additional.
(a.) labor price is base fare stimated price and you are agree before sending item's.
3.) I authorize WorkshopFix Computer Repair Services to estimate the Labor Cost(s).
4.) I understand the cost of checkup/diagnose fee started after repair from Php300 to Php1,500 depending on the unit/item or model.
(a.) Diagnose Fee is given after the last result of repairing process if the item is not repairable due to multiple damage or price is higher than 2ndHand or brand new.
(b.)We cann't accept diagnosis purposes only, because it is a board level repairing process, all solder parts is not part of the testing process due too brandnew and warranties. if you can't approve to continue our repairing process, our parts is useless or less value.
5.) I understand if I refuse the repair for the unit, I accept to pay the diagnosis fee.
6.) For Any unit not claimed within 60 days, WorkshopFix will charge a storage fee (Php60/day) starting from the date of repairing process schedule.
7.) I understand that - Any unit NOT claimed within 90 days is ready for DISPOSAL - started on the date of repaired schedule.
8.) WorkshopFix is not liable for any damage(s) caused by outside delivery.
9.) I am aware that -(a.) I accept the warranty period within 14 days after the repair of the item.
(b.) Warranty claim is 3x within 14days
(c.) Burn, liquid damage, broken parts, and voided warranty sticker is not part of warranty service.
(d) New damage parts not belong to the old parts damage during first repair is not part of the warranty, is additional charge(parts only) for warranty claims.
10.) I am willing to wait for the repair of my unit/item (including parts) to give time, due to the first come first IN and first come first repair process.
11.) I am aware that - (a.) The shipping costs of the item/parts are handled/shouldered by the customer.
(b.) All booking is handled by the customer except LBC from our Shop.
(c.) Any damage by courier during delivery time is not part or obligation of the WorkshopFix.
12.) I understand that - Any repair is based on WorkshopFix's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or repair process.
(a.) Physical Inspection, Multimeter Test Point, Voltages Test Point is PASSED.
(b.) Step 6 stages of cleaning process with Ultrasonic Cleanner.
(c.) Stress Test PASSED send to customer for evidence
(d.) Any video or live repair is not part of the repairing process. It's WorkshopFix's choice or option to create personal content to use for vlogging and the management only has the right to decide when or what to record or to upload on any social media platform.
