@@EternallyUncoolTrevor sick!
a video about emo bands from the 2010s would be sick (picture me broken is one that comes to mind)
There is a band that doesn't get talked about enough, you unofficially featured it in this video by wearing their shirt. But Midtown was incredible.
@@ianhoyt2638 I talk about their album Living Well is The Best Revenge in another video 🤘🏻
@@EternallyUncoolTrevor 👍It's fantastic.
@@ianhoyt2638 I agree
Thank you for the recs!
Ah playing street 2 on a Saturday morning with no revolution playing in the background, good times
I recall Elliott Minor and Kerrang magazine getting into conflict with each other or something as Elliott Minor wanted to be seen as a rockband worthy of Kerrangs recognition and something like Kerrang didn't review them all that well. I'm sure there was an interview in one of the Kerrang magazines where they basically had it out with each other and made up followed by next issue of Kerrang lead singer of Elliot Minor was one of the posters people collected
@@christyrer4840 I’ve heard varying things about Kerrang, good and bad. Most music journalism is kinda iffy with me.
@EternallyUncoolTrevor yeah I fully agree mate, I know over here in the UK as well there were a couple of bands in the 2000 emo phase people don't recall and that's the band A (they had a good song called better off with him) & the band Johnny Panic - Automatic Healer.
Again they like many other bands didn't gain traction and make it.
@@christyrer4840 I looked up A after hearing about how hard it is to google them 😂 pretty good stuff!
Acceptance, full stop. Peak forgotten emo band that got screwed over by their label.
Can you help me find a song by the music video I’m thinking early 2000’s because I think I was still in high school so 2000-2004? I can’t remember any of the lyrics but the music video is the band in question on stage performing and it’s kind of a pop punk love song, I think? Anyway while the band is playing there’s a guy and a girl and they’re climbing either the stage or the venue scaffolding. That’s all I’ve got but that snippet of music video haunts my brain.
@@adorkableakemi sounds interesting, but idk if I’m the best to ask for help 😅 I’d go on Reddit on the r/tipofmytongue subreddit and try there. I can barely find my way out of bed each morning lol
Hot rod circuit mentioned rahhhhhh 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Edit: you should really check out the impossibles
They apparently appeared in the clone high soundtrack
But there album return is a must listen
Also sparta the album wiretap scars is really good too
I finally noticed the Glass Beach poster in the background:)
Does anyone remember going to a store like Kohls and buying a shirt that came with a mini CD? Im struggling to find anything about it online, some of the songs in those cds was amazing and i would love to figure out which bands did this!
@@yuzukicj44 there’s some mini CDs at some of the record stores I go to
