The Condor has a huge additional shield while flying (plus an internal Weapon I think) so you should try not to attack it in the air, I would wait by either hiding or using a phase shift then attacking the Condor when it's back on the ground. Also in the fight against the Raptor you continued to fire at it while it had it's reflector up. Again the only way to successfully fight a Raptor is to wait until the Reflector drops then attack.
Yes the Raptor is still very strong / OP but the Condor attacked while it's reflector was up ...... if you want to beat a Raptor stop attacking then resume when the reflector drops, otherwise they are virtually invincible. The amount of players I see dying because they try to kill Raptors when their reflector is up is unbelievable.
