@@justknittedstuff7199 hey! when it comes to hangul, I can recommend you the app that helped me A LOT with becoming quite fluent with Korean alphabet - it's Patchim/ John Korean. It's very nice and funny, similar to an old-fashioned computer game. :D And it's free. Now I'm using various apps to study (Drops, Lingodeer, CAN Korean, podo, see mile etc., I've got plenty of them 😅) plus I am learning from a text book.. It may look a bit hectic or crazy, but I find it very useful! And as I become more aware of Korean language (let's say it like that), I enjoy learning even more! I am so happy I decided to start my studies! :)) And I am trying hard to improve my Chinese as well, so I have many things to do in my spare time. :D

One of the best tip to learn by heart Korean words are writing them at least 20 times. It helps to write correctly and remember for long time.
Sometimes I write them 30 times

@@justknittedstuff7199 I'm still at the beginning of my studies. I started with 한굴 and 바침, Videos, dramas, RUclips channels and webtoon. so I introduced gradually the language to my routine and through the things I like. With methods that work for me.
I’m learning Spanish, Mandarin, Korean and Japanese. Once I finish those goal languages I’ll feel satisfied and maybe move on to Russian or something more challenging :)

I think learning German and Korean together would be difficult. But learning Korean through Japanese or something like that would work. They have similar sentence structure end grammar.

aaaa i'm also using Record of Youth as my drama for learning, but i use the Netflix learning extension for chrome (because you can have subtitle in both english and korean!)

Smart tokki, there’s a way you can turn of the romanization. You just have to click pause and keep romanized aid as “always off” in case romanization distracts you 😃
