please keep the term SUV instead of PPV. most people knows that it is an SUV and maybe some may know that it is based on a pickup truck. some are just not familiar with the term PPV. Great review and very informative. God bless.
The mu-x has become way too overpriced in relation to what it offers. Highlighting the engine reliability and durability to justify the current pricing has become unreasonable given that it lacks features compared to other brands in the same price range. Cars nowadays becomes outdated in a year a two due to the competitive market of vehicles with new models with modern designs and hi-tech features becomes available from different brands. Isuzu is still in dream mode thinking the market is still all about purely mechanical like in the old days. Yes they updated their 2023 mu-x car with 360camera but added more than 100k value. Seriously, this feature is even available in japan surplus cars in suzuki multicab with 3k engine. Was supposed to get the mu-x today, since i like the engine same as our 2022 mazda bt50 but then I decided to check the new santa fe and thank goodness i did. The mid variant at 2.5m has way more hi-tech features, space, modern design, comfort, and a beautiful car. Yes it’s korean, but damn is a good and tough car with a price that has value for money. this will be our 3rd santa fe. So yeah, santa fe is tested for us based in our experience. My advice to all buyers, know your options. If you don’t intend to keep the car for 20 yrs, i mean who does that in this new era. Buy a year model car you enjoy, features, comfort, designs that puts a smile on your face as you stare your car in the garage. And guys, gone are the days where they build a car that lasts a lifetime. Lifecycle of vehicles are now shorter, change after 5-10 years with worry free and enjoy a modern and comfortable car. 2.6M for MU-X full option is such a bummer like the fortuner and terra. Japanese cars need to take it up a notch. Mazda is the only Japanese Brand that changed their models to compete with other brands. Their new series are superb. Hope other Japanese Car makers wakes up.
@@jayryanbeltran899 they used to be one of the top leading suv with their Trooper back in the days. I think they got stuck with their idea believing Durability and Reliability alone can compete in today’s market and have fallen behind the the competition with technology, materials and design. With the wide variety of options and how fast the pace of developments of new cars in today’s market, reliability and durability is often disregarded due to new models comes in the market yearly. Unlike most of the buyers now andays who change their cars every 5-10 yrs. Isuzu is out of the consideration when buying due to staying far behind from other competitors. Unless you plan to keep your car as much as you can, you can never go wrong with ISUZU.
Don't call Isuzu a boring car it may not have the best features have you seen old Isuzu cars they still look brand-new like my sport tubo After 11 years it still clean look at the Avanza and Vios from 2018 now in 2024 there headlights are brown unlike Isuzu after a long period of time it still is clear.Yiu don't understand like the Mu-x is long lasting unlike the Toyota Isuzu cars don't even look old when there old on the other hand look at the other brands you should'nt underestimate Isuzu before you have even tried it.
Also you don't know what your talking about because Mazda Nissan Md motors are hard to find parts you still have to find it do your research before you criticize
Sadly nobody is buying, sales results are in, still slow, smart consumers (500 of them) are now waitlisted for the byd sealion, its dm-1 phev is a game changer, even toyota has conceded to license this tech, poor isuzu being the dinosaur even with a hybrid or ev, it will still be too late the hero 😂
Dream car 💙

Underrated car. Engine, space, power, fuel efficiency can match up with other Japanese cars. Value for money IMO.
