After escaping an abusive relationship, Katie returns to the foster home where she grew up. The house's owner, her foster mother Marge, greets Katie coldly and distantly. Soon, Katie starts noticing strange phenomena: moving objects, whispers in the night, and the feeling of being watched. She discovers that ten years ago, a foster girl named Abigail disappeared in this house.
Investigating the past, Katie learns that Abigail died under mysterious circumstances, and her spirit now haunts the home, seeking justice. Katie teams up with a local paranormal investigator to uncover the truth. They find out that Abigail's anger is not only directed at Marge but also at anyone who dares to live in the house.
In a climactic confrontation with Marge, Katie forces her to confess her role in Abigail's death. This allows Katie to find a way to release Abigail's spirit and end the terrifying events. In an emotional finale, Abigail's spirit finds peace, and Katie gets a chance for a new life.

Even for an Indie movie this one is pretty bad. The director tried to make the audience emphatic to the lead female actress but never succeeded in doing so. Not even the slightest emotion or feeling sorry for the leading actress succeeded through the whole movie. Therefore, I don't recommend this one. I'll rank it as a 3.0/10 at best. Sorry guys. Look for something else to see.
