My advice for pawn shops is stopping price your video games like you are game stop. They way over price stuff you not game stop you a pawn shop. Especially the ones near me they be having games sitting for awhile I try to buy them then they like way over priced cause they just want to charge game stop prices for everything
Pawn shops pricing at top market prices is insane. At least when you buy from a trusted collector you know they are doing their research and taking care of the product. Pawn shops will never be able to gain that intangible value that brings prices to the top of the market.
I use to love Gamestop not anymore. They use to hire gamers not anymore for the most part also they really need to focus more on selling and buying retro/vintage games and price them accordingly condition, loose, cib etc. It really needs to start with hiring store employees that are into gaming.
