1:1 Artists Select | Russna Kaur on Her Father's Lottery Tickets

The second to participate in the 1:1 Artists Select exhibition series is Vancouver-based artist Russna Kaur. She has selected a work from the collection by Kapwani Kiwanga. The installation will be on view from July 31 to September 8, 2024.
Kaur chose to extend her painting onto Gallery walls using her father's lottery ticket collection. Watch to learn more about the lottery tickets' significance and what they have come to symbolize for her.
