I love the new version! This think this will sell super quick now!
Thanks Christina! I sure hope so. 😘
While the first one was a really fun design idea, I can see how it was too busy with all the pulls. I love what you did to change the design - this one will surely sell!😍
Thank you! I sure hope so. 😊
I hope that sells quickly for you.
New version is beautiful. Staging is perfection.
Awww thank you!
The second version looks so sophisticated and serene! It’s a definite improvement over the first one. You are really a master of paint wash techniques!
Well, thank you so much, I love the paint wash look. And I agree, the second one is a lot more elegant looking. ☺️
The second version was well worth the time you spent to re-do it. It is very lovely now that it is more sleek and not as clunky looking. Great job!
I totally agree! ☺️
I like the newest version the best, the tones are more complimentary & softer; & as someone else said…sophisticated! Well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The new colors are definitely the type I would have in my own home. Glad you liked it! ☺️
I like the new version much better. The old one was just too busy - too much going on with those bottom drawers. I'm not sure about the different colored drawer pulls on this one, but I enjoy seeing your creativity at work.
Well thank you, and I agree this version is a lot less busy. ☺️
That is a very big improvement on the first job and the colour is so much nicer
Thanks!
I love this re-do! Magnolia Gardens is gorgeous. I do appreciate you not wanting to give up on your vision the first time around! Excellent work & I’m sure it will sell in no time! 🦋
Yes! Love the green tone. And thank you!
The first version looked like the top part and bottom part of the dresser were from two different chest of drawers and were "frankensteined" together. The slats were beautiful in own right before the hardware was added.
Now it is a much more cohesive look and it turned out great.
It is true that we only learn through failures or mistakes. You turned your fail into a learning opportunity for your viewers. Also served as a dramatic before and after experience for those merely looking to be entertained.
Awww thank you! And yes, I think the two tone with one single handle per drawer would have sold. Or even if I would’ve painted the whole dresser with one color and kept all the handles, but those two things together were too much. And yes, I definitely like sharing so others can learn, just like I have. 😊
Looks great love the classic beautiful style and color❤
Thank you! 🤗
By far the 2nd restoration is the best! The first one had way to many drawer pulls, sorry 😔! Now it's absolutely stunning and is ready for it's new home! Loving the colors together and the drawer pulls are gorgeous! Amazing job! 😊❤
I totally agree…with all of it, and thank you! ☺️
The new version is beautiful! I really like the simpler look to it now! I hope it sells quickly for you this time!
Thank you so much! ☺️
The second re-do is awesome. That’s not to discount the work that went into the first refurbish. But that faux wood look is such a favorite. The colors you chose were perfect. Thank you for being transparent in sharing some hope with us… it’s ok to go back to the drawing board and try again. I enjoyed this content.
Yes, the first one was a lot of work and I’m glad that when other refinishers get to watch this video, feel seen. Not all makeovers are successful and that’s ok, we learn for those for sure. Thank you! 😊
Second version Soooo beautiful my friend 🥰❤❤
Thank you so much 😊
This looks fantastic Walessa, a totally different look to the first version 🤩👌😍 You’re right, I think this will appeal to a much wider audience so I’m sure you’ll have no problems selling it now!
Thanks so much! 😊I think so too.
New version should sell quickly! That green is really a great color.
Thank you! I hope so!
This version will be sold soon 😉 soo much better 👍👍👍 sometimes more is too much ( the hardware) 😉 its beatiful now great job
I agree! Sometimes less is more, and thank you! ☺️
Oh yeah, such an improvement!
It looks more expensive now, too.
@@DigsRetro I agree with you! ☺️
Absolutely Beautiful ❤
Thank you so much! 😊
The second one, really looks nice
Thank you!!☺️
Beautiful, much better
Thank you! 😊
new one for sure
Wow what a difference, love the 2nd version! The green color is perfect and love new hardware. Great job!!
Thanks so much!☺️
I love the 2nd make over. It’s clean lines shine through and are not lost in the business of the others drawer handles. I thought, at first that it had all these individual skinny drawers , which would have been impractical for a dresser. But realized it was an “ illusion “. I lived the colors of the first but the design of the 2nd.
Thank you! I loved the finish (on the top) in the first makeover too. And yes, it was meant to give you the allusion that there were many small drawers. People that are into crafts reached put because they loved the small drawers for storing paper. They were disappointed to find out they weren’t what they seemed. ☺️
Fantastic work. Grace is always welcome and necessary for everyone
Absolutely! And thank you.☺️
Beautiful!
Thank you!☺️
Great re-do!
Glad you think so!😊
Ah much better! 👏👏👏
@@Jeremywduvall ☺️glad you like it!
First one was wayyyyy too busy. Great job fixing it!!
Yes it was! And thank you!
I think the first design did not sell because it looks as if there where a lot of seperate narrow drawers, which is great for storing paper or to sort tiny stuff or something. So it only draws in peoplo who want that but then it did not have it. I hope the new design will sell fast and easy. Love your approach on this situation. Great work!
Yes I agree! And I think it will sell quick. ☺️
Now we’re talkin’!!
@@VtotheG2885 😁
Much nicer❤
Thank you!
Second version is more appealing and much less busy
I agree! ☺️
Looks great!
Thank you! 😊
The second makeover is definitely much better. I’m not surprised that the first one didn’t sell.
@@kayhenry6293 😆😆😆, looking back, the first look was overwhelming.
Although I liked the first make over I felt it was way to busy. I love the last one and the color is amazing.
Yes, I think simplicity was the way to go the second time around. ☺️
New version, hands down! 😊
Out of curiosity, why do you use a Wagner Flexio now instead of your Earlex? I struggled with paint spitting and not getting a wide enough paint spray on two different Wagner Flexios but have much better luck with my Earlex 5500.
Honestly, I have no reason for using either one. I love them both. It just seems like I use brands in seasons but not for any particular reason. Regarding your issues with Wagner, just make sure to clean the sprayer throughly, and it should be fine. I use mine A LOT.
It end up so beautiful 🎉I love your techniques.I love the smooth and clear finish.I have a question ,I have a Wagner flexio 3500 and I would like to know how much of the flow (how many turns up I want to know )and what number of pressure (want to know) for the poly ,you had set it.Thank you!
Thank you! I have the top setting on number for. And for the flow amount, I play with it a bit, but I normally go down (-) some.
@@aliferefurbished Thank you! !
That's a better transformation than the original. However, I don't think these colors are coordinated. I would use gel stain cherrywood. ❤
I’ll keep that color combination in mind. ☺️
Hope it sell!
@@lynnapgar4532 Thank you!!
I'm still in the middle of your redo, but I hope you get rid of some of the hardware.
It's very busy, and I was disappointed to see there aren't a ton of shallow drawers at all.
@@DigsRetro I know! People that showed interest wanted the little drawers. ☺️
Much nicer now I wish if you added longer legs
I thought about adding legs but not sure they would’ve looked right with that base. ☺️
I didn’t like the first version at all. The new version is GORGEOUS. ❤❤❤
Thank you!!
The second version is so much better. There was too much going on with all the handles on the first one.
I agree!! ☺️
