@SNSDluvr u got it wrong..yes he stepped down..but he still the producer of the label..the current CEO is Kim Young Min..but he is working side by side with Lee Soo Man..Lee Soo Man is like the manager of Kim youngmin if i can it like that..U can still see his name in SNSD's INTW dvd..
